Hi
I have just got a second hand sure signal and every time I try to register it I get the message - sprry there seems to be a problem, we're working hard to fix the issue, so please try later. 500, 1013.
This has been coming up for 2 days

The original owner has to definitely de register from the Sure Signal before you can register to it.
Can you check with the original owner.

If the original owner no longer has a Vodafone account then they'll need to contact Customer support to ask them to de register it for them.
