Hi Vodafone,
You recently sent me a new SIM as mine was faulty. I now don't seem to connect with my Sure Signal whilst my wife's unchanged phone (same model) is having no problem. I understand a resynch helps, please can you do this?

Hi @Columbo
With changing the SIM, please remove your number from the Sure Signal and then re add it.
If your number is the owner on your Sure Signal account, please deregister it, wait 24 hours and then reregister it.
