Samsung Galaxy S3 won't turn on?

2: Seeker

I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S3 from the S2, and received the phone on Friday. Up until today it has been great. I was using the phone as normal, but this evening I decided to put it on charge at 60% remaining. I went to press the unlock key after 10 minutes of charging and it wouldn't respond at all. I thought it had turned itself off, so I went to turn it on again, when a few minutes later the Samsung logo appeared at the startup. That's as far as it went, so I took the battery out after several attempts of restarting, but this too didn't work. So then I attempted a factory reset by pressing the power, home and volume keys simultaneously, then releasing all as soon as the Samsung logo appeared, which did nothing. I am stuck with the frozen logo at startup.

Please help!

Regards,

Mike.

I agree with Tony.

Ring 191 and arrange for an exchange. They will bring a new Phone and Take away the old one.

Make sure you stress its in its seven day cool off

Make sure they stay on the line and you get a txt sent to another device confirming the exchange then you know its gone through

Don't hang up until its come

Then later you should get another saying its been dispateched then it will go to DLP

If none of this happens before 3.00pm call them back up

Make sure you're getting a new phone, not a re-conditioned...

Sometimes the simple answer is overlooked because it's technology that's complicated!
