Samsung Note8 Dex Offer

I have had my samsung note 8 on pre order and just looking at the website to claim my free dex it is asking for the following 

"you have a copy of your proof of purchase invoice/receipt or delivery confirmation which you are able to upload."

I only have my e-mails  Your vodafone order ,  Your vodafone pre-order ,  your vodafone parcel.  but none of these says it is for a note 8  i know they is a bit of paper in the bag when it comes which i think does say it is for a note 8 but which one do i need to up load

Just to let you know I filled in the form and Vodafone have e-mailed me a PDF file a few days later. You have to ignore all the blurb about insurance claims ofc

Hi buddy I just sent a copy of my invoice that shows the phone you received and it should also say what your offer is as long as you let them see all captured in a image then you should get a confirmation email you may have to wait 30 before your order can be processed though 

I think this is for people who decide they don't want the device and end up with a dex for absolutely nothing 

But you should still get a tracking number that shows your order status and when it gets nearer the time of dispatch you can then get delivery time within an a hour although mine was bang on time
