Samsung S4 - Proof of Purchase

Hi,

 

I have made an insurance claim for my phone (insurance is not through Vodafone) and I need proof of purchase of my S4.

 

I originally purchased an iPhone 5s but after multiple problems Vodafone allowed me to change the 5s for a Samsung S4. The proof of purchase I have is for the iPhone, I never received a new proof of purchase when my phone was swtiched to the S4.

 

Is there anyway I can have proof of purchase e-mailed to me? I have been into the Vodafone store three times to get this and after a lengthy wait they have been able to give me something. However, the incompetant insurance company has, on three ocassions, lost my claims form and supporting evidence!

Hi, if you go to livechat they will be able to help with this, its also the quickest way to get help.

If you leave the window open for a few minutes one normally pops up.

Well that was of no use. After waiting 30 minutes I got told to send an e-mail to an e-mail address that doesn't exist. Vodafone excel in customer service once more.

That's not a very good response to say the least ! Livechat can and should provide you with what you have asked for. The only other thing I can suggest is to wait for help from the team here but it can take 48 hours for them to get to you.

I could go to the store again tomorrow but due to switching phones during my contract the staff seem to find it very difficult to find something that shows as proof of purchase for the S4.

 

Partly my own fault, I should've taken copies of the previous stuff they have given me.

I doubt you will have much success in store. Livechat or the eforum team are your best bet.
