Samsung S6 Pre-Order

What's is the point in placing a pre-order for the Samsung S6, when Vodafone cancel you order after a week!!!!!  Thanks Vodafone - not only have you lost my order, you now want me to re-order with an increase in price and also not honouring the FREE charger and case.  Very poor service overall.  You have just lost a customer!!!!

Thanks for the reply. How about honouring my original order - including the FREE charger and case? I still don't understand how Vodafone can cancel customers orders without even informing customers. Not very good customer service!!!!

Someone senior in Vodafone should be looking at these comments and advising of a suitable resolution. Does anyone in Customer Services even care about these issues. Come on Vodafone, sort this out!!!!

The CHAT team are terrible and do not help at all.  All they appear to do is pass me round to different members / sections and none can help at all.  I am still waiting for confirmation as to why my oriignal order was cancelled without advising me and why me new pre-order will now not come with the FREE charger and case.

 

When will someone Senior within Vodafone take note of these issues and respond to your customers, before they all jump ship to a competitor.

I also had pre-ordered a Samsung S6 Edge (128Gb) on the Red package.  This also was advertised as coming with FREE charger and case.  Vodafone then 'cancelled' my order (the word from Customer Services is they received a large number of FRAUD orders and hence cancelled most of the pre-orders) and now I have to re-order.  Unfortunately they are now saying any new orders dont come with the FREE charger and case.

I have just re-(pre) ordered a Samsung S6 128Gb (Gold) with 15GB on Red value and have been informed the FREE charger and case dont now come with this offer.  Please could you confirm, as the upfront cost has been paid, however I dont yet have any confirmation of the order (email, text, etc).
