Hi Samsung pay as updated itself over WiFi and as a result I have 2 permanent notifications that I can not get rid of.

As I don't use it I tried to go through the app and get as far as were you have to put a pin in after finger print authorisation and the numbers come up on a white screen with knox in the right.

But I can not put any pin in as the numbers are unresponsive but everything on my device is working fine it's just when I get too that screen.

Any one got any ideas please

Hi you could try going to settings, apps, scroll to that one and enter it then clear the memory/cache.

Failing that you could try disabling then waiting a while then enable or finally uninstall it if you can then reinstall.

Thanks buddy that got rid of the notifications and that was all I was after.

I was just a bit unsure but it worked
