Setup a Business Account

I'm trying to move my personal account into a small business account.

After being bounced around the phone system, I was advised to go into a store to do this.

Does anyone know what I need to take with me in order to set this up? I don't want to get all the way to the store to find I'm missing a piece of paperwork I need......

I would suggest using Live Chat or customer service on 191 as they'll be able to clarify what you'll need , the process and any applicable costs.

I now have to setup a business account. Can I do that online too, without purchasing a contract/phone?

Ignore that, the form has a place to fill in for new accounts.

That was quick, saves going to a store.

Unless you want to browse the phones and have face to face contact, most things can be done online.
