I want to keep my old number but it is on a normal sim and my new phone only takes nano. I've got a blank nano but how to I swap the number?

If your sure it's a blank SIM card then you can do it online. 

Takes from a few minutes up to 24 hours to complete.

Once service stops on your original SIM card this indicates the swap has begun.

Periodically turn your phone Off and On with the blank SIM card in.
