Hi,
My broadband speeds recently have dropped drastically. It really is not performing as promised. Can you please look into this. Upload speeds of 7.05 Mbps in London.

How long has it been since your activation date?
Self help troubleshooting tips are to reset the router if your activation date has passed 30 days.
Change wireless channel in the Router.
Split the frequencies in the router to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then try choosing the best for your devices as some prefer one connection over the other.
A final resort could be to try a 3rd party router instead of Vodafones.

Thanks. It was set up in October so should be working properly now. Other than resetting, I've tried everything in this list. Just not happy with the speed.

@pablocarter79 Sorry to hear about the sudden issues that you've started to have with your broadband. Have you contacted our Broadband Live Chat team? They'll be able to run diagnostics, to check your sync speeds and diagnose any issues further down the line.
They'll also run through some home checks with you, to make sure this isn't a hardware issue such as the Ethernet cable or microfilter.
