Hello

I have a Smart Ultra 7 running Mashmallow.

Now and again it does not "see" my inserted SD Card and hence can not use Camera and  other camera based apps.

When you restart it though it then comes back with the SD Card now accessible.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem and how did you fix?

Hi, do you have another SD card you can try? or back everything up on the card and reformat it, that would be my first two attempts to solve.

Or as long as it's not encrypted try the Sd card in another phone after giving it's contact points a gentle clean.

It's possible your card is failing so, if you haven't already, copy its content off elsewhere - access it via a computer if you can.

I've seen something similar, where the phone suddenly announced it had no sd card and would I like to use internal storage for photos instead?  Settings|storage menu and two file manager apps denied its existence too.   A new card solved the problem.
