Sure Signal Not Connecting to Vodafone

Hi,

I've been given a sure signal from work as I am in a Vodafone deadzone.  I have connected it as instructed into my Sky Router (SKY Q HUB), but it just continually flashes.  The number has been registered all ok, but still it flashes and appears to not be connecting to the Vodafone servers?

Help!!

Thanks

Paul

Ok.

Can you use this troubleshooting guide and if nothing helps then use the 'issue not listed' to run a traceroute and post your results back here.

Link > Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting.

To mention customer services on 191 maybe able to re sync the sure signal too.

@Hammondo I've checked your Sure Signal serial number on our system and it's showing as being unregistered - so it seems like something may have happened during the setup.
So we can help to get this registered for you, please come and speak with us on Live Chat.
Please let us know how you get on 😊
