Up until a few days ago my sure signal 1 box was working, since then the correct lights (1,2,4) are on and nothing else has changed i.e router settings etc and my broadband connection seems ok but I am receiving no signal on all of the handsets registered. I have spoken to the tech team a few times aswell as Bt(broadband provider) with no success, I have done the resets from my end and one of the tech team said they reset it from your end. I have seen other posts so have done a few of the tests already,I have forwarded the ports as required to including the additional Bt one and put the VSS on my DMZ.

Hi Craig,
Thanks for posting. Apologies we weren't here sooner. We answer all our posts in chronological order and our 4G announcement yesterday has made us somewhat popular!
Everything seems good with your traceroute and the IP is healthy. I can see you tried de-registering and re-registering your unit this morning just before midday.
I'll push a manual synchronisation out for you now to make sure everything is up to date. I'll need you to reset your Sure Signal to complete the action then give it another hour to come back online.
Can you post the outcome here for me once it's done?
