For the last couple of days we have had no sure signal, i have looked at the trouble shooting pages and the pictures on the support pages, my lights dont match the trouble shooting either!!
I get a fixed red light and a flashing internet light, the signal light and phone light are blanked out. We have no signal on our phones for the majority of the time - or the internet light disappears and the red light flashes and the signal and phone lights fixes on amber....please help?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
