Hello,
Ive opened all ports, done everything i can think of, and can't find any problems here.
My Ip Address is 151.255.146.67
Can you please add my ip range so that i can get the service working.

What sort of issues are you having? Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Yes, Ive tried everything its possible to try here at this end.
It has a static Ip address within my network, ive opened apll sordts of ports, Ive tried putting the sure signal into the DMZ.
There's nothing else left to try here. It can not connect to Vodafone. I need Vodafone toi start investigating why it cant connect from my Sky Uk ip address.

i have sky fibre and do not have any problems connecting to it all i done was pluged the sure signal box directly to the sky router.

mine isn't wokring, although i have heard that sometimes certain sky ip addresses are not enabled on vodafone sure signal.
There is nothing wrong here, there is nothing left for me to try.

Hi Andrew,
Can you confirm your external IP address here?
The one you’ve given shows as being based in Romania.
An IP address must be UK based before we can add it to our whitelist.

I can confirm your link shows my ip address as:

I've just directly copied and pasted what it says at the top of the page.
I can confirm this is a UK based ip address, on Sky Fiber broadband based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

I have checked my ip address from the link, and posted the results in my previous post!
Is there anything else you are wanting me to do?
