Hi Vodafone,
Apologies if this question has already been answered in the forum.
The status of my Vodafone Sure Signal currently has a status of suspended, which means that I am unable to add users or de-activate the device when logged into the business account. The business does have another working active Sure Signal which is functioning fine.
This suspended device has been purchased from Vodafone to boost the signal for our business telephones. This is a version 3 Sure Signal - serial number 40124216470
This device has not been active for over 12 months which could be the issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Craig

Hi
Unfortunately if it's not been used for that long then it may have been permanently removed from the network.
This is covered in the Sure Signal T&C.
" If you have not used your Sure Signal for 12 months we will automatically de-register your device. After this point it will not be possible to re activate this on our network."

Hi Lee,
Appreciate the quick response. I am sure that this has frustrated many clients in the past.
I do find it difficult to understand why Vodafone remove the device from the network after orginally paying for the Sure Signal. The device is not stolen nor is it second hand.
