Sure Signal V1 not working after BT Infinity upgrade

Hi,

 

Have had the Sure Signal V1 working well for about 3 years now via a DrayTek VIGOR2820n router, on a 2 Mbps broadband connection. Occasion reset required, but on the whole has worked really well.

 

3 weeks ago was upgraded to BT Infinity, and instantly no signal on the Sure Signal - steady light 1, and occasionly light 4 flashes, but no other lights. Broadband working perfectly, with new ECI B-FOCuS V-2FUb/r Rev.B modem, no other changes made to the set up.

 

Speed test shows download speed of 28.83 Mbps.

Ping test: ping of 12 ms, jitter of 1ms, overall B*

I haven't tried a replacement power lead yet, as it seemed unlikely to be that at exactly the same time as the changeover to BT Infinity, but will try and find another.
