Sure Signal V1 registration problem

Hi,

I recently had this sure signal reset ( 21197191469 ) and was told I should wait an hour before trying to register it again.

On trying to register I get the following :-

Sorry we are not able to process your request because of following errors in your form.

• Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. )

Tried clearing the cache / different browser etc.

Any help appreciated.
