My sure signal v 3 has not been working for several days and I have an intermittent no signal or very poor signal. I have tried restiing it numerous times with no success. The red light is flashing and the orange user light is stable.

There is no instruction about traceroot on a mac os so I searched online and found utilities/ terminal as the place to type traceroot, but got the response
- bash: traceroot: command not found. Can someone please help me. This is a business phone.

you need to run traceroute as super user on a mac:
sudo traceroute
(check how you spell it)

Thank you for your advice. Why that info isn't included on the Vodafone site is beyond me....
