Solid red light
no second light
solid third and fourth lights
ive tried re-setting and re-setting the modem
it has been working for 2 years until 8 hours ago
feels warm

yes i use bt infinity
ive spent about an hour looking at the other posts and have tried everthing i understand but the more technical stuff goes over my head

It seems that issues may still exist with BT and the Sure Signal which Vodafone are attempting to remedy.
A forum announcement stated it had been resolved.
