Hi
My sure signal V1 box stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I have replaced it with a V3 but this isn't working either. Please see the details and tracert below:
The red light is solid, the next 2 lights are solid.

There was an issue with my online account which has now been rectified by deleting it and creating a new one. Once this had been done I had to re-register the sure signal box. Any help would be very welcome, thanks.

@zarafa9362 - Your traceroute looks good, however in your first ping test, there was a 100% loss showing.
Please try this a few more times to see if the results still show losses.
Also, please get back to us with your external IP address so we can check this further.

Thanks for your reply
I managed to speak to the sure signal team who resolved the issue by registering my new sim card. I had upgraded my phone and changed the card a a nano card which needed registering.
