I've requested your Sure Signal box to be resynced with our network, this can take upto 6 hours to complete. Once completed, please restart your handset in range of your Sure Signal and your issue will be resolved.

I can see that a couple of attempts have been made to reset your sure signal this week, however neither were successful as it's been inactive for over 12 months.
When it's been inactive for longer than 12 months, we're unable to reactivate it.
As @Sukhi advised, your sure signal hasn't connected with our servers since 23 June 2015. This is the reason it's no longer working as it would have been deactivated 12 months from that date.

I also have a sure signal at version 1 that is not working, Although I've done many resets and I do have the top light flashing green. I can view the MAC address and it can be pinged OK on my internal network. My units serial number is 21224347084. Would it be possible please if anyone could try and reload the firmware please?.

Hi A65Firebird,
The likely cause of your problem is a degraded power supply.
Replacement power supplies are readily availabe from Amazon or Ebay for around £10-12 inc. delivery.
But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity and with the right connector that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc.
