I have been unable to use my Sure Signal since I switched it back on last Saturday.
I have been regularly on live chat but had a different response each time to no avail. The most recent one mentioned there is a problem Vodafone are aware of and until they fix that they won't be able to see if my problem is the same one or not.
I use John Lewis broadband provider.
My box has been reregistered, resynchronised and reset.
Red power light is on
System light flashing white
no other lights on
Any other suggestions?
