Sure Signal v1 - Not Working

Hi,

 

Sure Signal v1 with serial number  : 21197199249

 

Not working and no longer appears on MyVodafone account page. Worked successfully for a couple of years. Unit appears fine - flashing lights on both front and rear so don't think it is a power supply issue.

 

Can someone please check if it has been de-registered (I am unable to re-register it).

only the power light is on at the moment.

 

As I mentioned, I can no longer see my Sure Signal listed within My Vodafone which makes me think it may have been deregisted?

 

I have tried the reset procedure.

You could be correct about the loss of registation,

However, don't discount your power supply, they do cause some odd symptoms when they fail.

Strange as it seems, the power indicator is usually the last light to fail.

If it is the original power supply, it's worth replacing it in any case as they are reaching the end of their useful life now.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

However, this does not explain why my SureSignal is no longer showing up on MyVodafone account?
