Hi
I went away for a few days and have returned to find my sure signal (version 1) not working
The power light is on solid
2nd light blinking slowly
I have reset, tried different cable, different router and different broadband connection - still the same.
Internet working fine with broadband speed 3.41mbps down, 0.68mbps up, ping 39.88
Serial No. 21228581357
IP 84.92.86.207
Don't know how to do a trace route? Do I need to?
Please can you help, resync, or something.
Many thanks

Hello.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :
as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
The option entitled 'Issue not Listed ' shows how to run a traceroute.

Thanks, but you obviously didn't read my post. I've already been through that list, hence why I put the details in the post.
To be clearer - The help only shows how to do the trace route for PC and I'm on a Mac - so it didn't work for me.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
i added the the link to highlight the link part to use to create / run a trace-route as you said "Don't know how to do a trace route? Do I need to?"
I see you've tried another power cable. It maybe beneficial to try another. A suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc

FYI - Traceroute on a Mac:
Open the Terminal app
Type: traceroute 212.183.133.177
So my sure signal is still not working.
To clarify:
I have worked through the troubleshooting steps - see first post.

Forgive my scepticism but I can't believe a different power supply will fix it.
Please can someone from Vodafone help - thank you.

@mozzas Thanks for letting us know the resync has worked and everything is now resolved.
