I have been trying to sort out my sure signal for the past 4 weeks. Just moved house to better signal area, so I dont need ss anymore. Trying to to deregister it to pass on to a friend. Not coming up on my vodaphone, and after visiting store in Cardiff, was informed not registered to me!!

Told to ring tech team; brain surgery would be easier!!

If not ring them on 191 or use Live Chat.
