Sure signal doesn't recoginize phone since changing handset and sim

My Sure Signal is not recognising my phone since I changed the handset and sim although the number is still the same.  The sure signal box is working as my wifes handset works fine.   I've tried resetting the box and the router too.   There is no option in the settings management to delete my number as it the "owner" so I can't even delete it and re-register it.   Has anyone else experienced this and more importantly, solved the issue?

Hi,

The Tech Teams on the forum maybe able to help.

Live Chat and Telephone Customer service on 191 should be able to assist too.

I hope you reach a fast resolution.

Due to the number being the main number, you’ll need to completely deregister the Sure Signal and register it to get this back up and running.

Thanks, I thought I may have to do that but didn't want to as the box is working for the rest of the household.   I had to speak to Vodafone today (like most days) about other non-related issues and spoke to a Sure Signal expert who is apparently sorting it.   The system is still showing my old sim card as active and not the new one.
