Sure signal flashing power light

Hi I bought a sure signal v3 off a friend it has been de registered but I can not register it I have spoke to someone on chat who has told me the licence needs to  renewed ??and that can only be done in a vodaphine shop Serial number 42144717875. The power light is flashing all the time and the internet light and phone light are orange please help

Has the Sure Signal been used in the last 3 months? As stated in our Ts&Cs, we can restrict or stop the service if it's not been used in this time. If this is the case, our Live Chat team will be able to remove this bar for you and ensure that the device has been fully deregistered from the previous owner.

If the Sure Signal hasn't been used or registered for 12 months, we'd be unable to reconnect the Sure Signal.
