Does Sure Signal only work with 3G phones? My wife has an old Nokia 1100 GSM phone that she wants to keep using, will this work with Sure Signal?
Solved! Go to best answer.

OK, thanks for the reply.
Do you know if the Sure Signal V1 was the same?
Hi jakevoelcker,
Sorry yes, All 3 versions of the Sure Signal are 3G only.
Regards
Mike.
The previous messages mention Sure Signal not being compatible with old phones but I have just upgraded to a 4G phone and it does not work with the latest Sure Signal box, is this right?
No. Did you get a new sim card? If so you probably need to get the sure signal reset by Vodafone so it'll recognise the new sim card.
Sure Signal devices will not boost 4G service, only 3G. If you're connected to 4G and take a call take a call, your Sure Signal will still pick up 3G to connect the call.
If you've had a new SIM, you may need to Sure Signal resynchronising. Our Live Chat team will be able to assist with this.
