Hi,
I've had a sure signal for nearly a year which has been working fine. My wife has just changed provider, and now I want to add her to it, the sure signal isn't showing under My Account. I only have the option to register a sure signal. (Which I already successfully did when I got it). I don't want really want to have to re register as I've got two devices already set up okay on it.

Please let me know your Sure Signal serial number. This can be found on the back on the device itself.

The Sure Signal is showing as deregisted.
Please try to re-register the device again, if this doesn't work then please speak to our Live help team.
