Sure signal not working after sim swap

I got my sim swapped yesterday for a micro SIM and now even though I am still registered as the owner in My Vodafone, my handset doesn't seem to be working with my sure signal box.

Please help

Thanks for posting your details. 

I can see the resync request from 2 November went through OK.

If resetting your phone or router doesn't work, please de-register your Sure Signal before registering it again. This will force the command through for your SIM updates within six hours.
