Sure signal not working with owners phone only

I have a sure signal home cell V2-V.

I have had it about a year but now it does not work with my phone , but it works with my wife's phone . I have a iPhone 4 and she has an iPhone 4S .
I have tried adding my number to the list of numbers but it won't add because it says I'm the owner or something so the sure signal is registered to my phone .

Maby I've turned something off on my iPhone 4??

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
