Hi @fribbens
This usually happens if the Sure Signal's moved, even if it’s only from one end of the room to the other. However it could also be caused by a change made by your ISP (internet service provider), that you weren't aware of.
You just need to log into your My Vodafone account, change the postcode to another, leave it for 5 minutes and then change it back to the correct postcode.
