I have these lights on a cycle:

1+2,

2,

1,

all off,

repeat.

 

The router has DCHP enabled and has given the VSS an IP, reserved to its MAC.

I've performed a factory reset, and the suresignal has worked at this postcode before. It ceased working when I tried to add another user and it hasn't reconnected since. Please advise.

Hi sapper145,

 

If you are losing the first light (power light), I would highly suspect your power unit has failed.

Without the necessary test gear it is difficult to prove other than trying a replacement.

 

Replacements are readily available on Amazon or Ebay for around £10 or less.
