Hello. I have a suresignal v3. I just changed the SIM of the "owner" phone. To get the new SIM to work I de-registered and registered the suresignal. The new phone soon had a good signal. The problem is with my other phone. This was working fine before this process but the second phone added as "user" still has no signal after 48 hours. Any ideas?

The generic advice is to De Register for 24 Hours and then Re Register the SS.

Thanks for the reply. This is not practical, it means the house does not have a mobile coverage for 24 hours. Can this not be checked your side? I read that a server re-sync can help. Could someone please contact me and I we can get this addressed? Many thanks, Bob.
