It's been about two hours since I connected my Suresignal to the modem and I am still looking at a slow flashing Internet light.. It has yet to connect to the Internet. I am with Virgin and the modem is on 5G, would this make any difference to the set up?

Hi there
I am not sure how your modem can be on 5G as it hasn't been launched yet - it is still in discussion and should be in the next few years once standards have been set. Unless of course you are referring to the 5Ghz frequency that the hub operates on?
It can take up to 24 hours to connect. If it hasn't connected after 24hours, please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue. It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve thecommon SureSignal problems.

If you're using a Virgin router or Superhub, please ensure the IPsec option is ticked in the router settings. It isn't done by default and is required for the Sure Signal to work.
