TOP UP FAILURE

2: Seeker

Decided to re-activate my mobile, then found out it was "de-activated" so I lost the credit I had on it

 

Ordered a new free SIM, so lost my number.. . . . .  ah well . . . .

SIM arrived, registered  it, tried to top it up using a debit card via internet, no joy . . . . .

I have now tried 3(THREE) times, still no joy.

Chucking the SIM in the bin and going else where . . . .

Hi lytham2,

 

Have you activated the SIM by calling 17298?

 

I’d try this before trying to top up your new SIM.

 

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact the team here so we can take a look.
