I have a blackberry bold 9780 - I have been through extensive testing on the phone with vodafone but to no avail.

I cannot send text messages to Croatian mobile's beginning +385 98 (I believe this is the t-mobile network). It has worked previously but no longer - Vodafone's helpline does not know te answer. Has anyone had this problem and solved it - how?

Best,

I went to the link which you sent me, filled private details, send a private email as asked, and now just got email to say that you do not use this email anymore so the advisors won't get my message!

That is because you didn't follow the instructions exactly and put something other than the special 6 character code into the subject line.  Go back to the instructions you were sent and follow them carefully.  Only put the 6 character into the subject line.  Use nothing else - no spaces, characters, letters or words and your message will go through.

There seems to be  a refusal on the part of voda phone to resolve the problem. Its not a secret question i do not mind anyone else knowing the answer. Vodaphone give you a number of hoops to jump thru rather than research the problem. I am paying money for a service that I am not getting. The problem existed with another person in 2012 go to the forum I saw it there. The question was never answered there either. Do Voda phone have agreements with international phone companies they must do. So someone in Vodaphone must liaise with them at some point. My voda phone number cannot text Coatia. The Vodaphone shop shop says every thing is OK. T Mobile in Croatia say it is a UK problem. Who is responsible for sorting this Voda phone, T mobile or the poor customer me.

What a way to carry on. I cannot afford hours more time spent in your shops 4 now visited to try to sort this.

Hi. The "hoops" are in place so security questions can be asked and passed to stop anyone who may say they are you from changing details on your account.

Also your eforum account and your phone account are not linked in any way, so the team have to get your permission, through the messages sent, to access and look at your account, to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
