Tracking of a pre-order

I processed an order for the pre-order of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on Monday. 

 

I have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail of this. No other details have been provided to me.

 

Customer service seems too be extremely difficult to reach.

 

Can someone please get in touch with me, so that I can understand what is going on.

I also pre ordered the s6 edge as an upgrade online. I received an initial email that they had got the order but no further emails etc to say the order has been confirmed. I can't seem to access Live help and I'm unable to get through to a real person when I now call 191. Can you advise me whether the order has been processed?
