Upgrade order processing

I ordered an upgrade on Monday 2nd and was told it would be with me on Tuesday 3rd. It's now Saturday 7th and still don't even have an order confirmation email or any idea of if or when I might be getting a delivery. Every person at Vodafone has just asked me to wait a few days. 

Very frustrating as I cancelled some appointments on the Tuesday to take the delivery in.

I'd certainly be unimpressed too.

We all have varioud schedules to meet such as work commitments and taking annual leave or switching shifts isn't an easy process for everyone !

 

Edit- I'm assuming you've had no emails to your normal in box or spam email folder. 

Vodafone should send an initial email with confirmation info on and then another with tracking info enclosed when the phone has been despatched. 

It's my guess that the phone model could be out of stock. 

It's certainly a question I would pose to customer services on 191.

Thanks for the comment there. No emails of any kind from Vodafone unfortunately. Perhaps is out of stock. Never thought of that! Lack of communication is rather poor on vodafones part. 

Will get on to 191 now!
