Ok so my contracts coming to an end so I've been trying to browse the online shop looking for my next phone and bundle.

 

But nothing works, the website is really dire and has to be the worst website I've come across.  Ive tried using ms edge, ie11 and google chrome but I get the same result. so frustrating.

 

For instance I click on monthly phones and get a blank page

I sign in and click upgrade phone and bundle but no iphone 7 option only 6s

I click on note 7 then pre order to view the bundles and get nothing !

no products match your criteria ??  really !

 

Surely I can't be the only one with this problem yet no mention anywhere.

 

Vodafone your website is broke and has been for weeks......

Glad my alternative suggestion of avenue to use Live Chat helped. 

Current Phone > Samsung Note 10+ 5G _256Gb > Model: SM-N976B.

Samsung One Ui 2.1  / Android 10.

Hi

 

Sometimes pop up blockers and Internet firewalls and security suites can hinder things like this. 

 

If this was my situation I'd use live chat , 191 and choose thinking of leaving to get through to retentions which is best done on a weekday 9am to 6pm or if local visit a Vodafone store which means a person can try out demo models, have a hard copy of the contract and have it fully explained and typically walk out with the phone so no having to wait in for delivery.

So are you saying that you can view all monthly phones ?

or even try to view the bundles of the note7 ?

 

I know what your saying about trying out in store but I was hoping to browse the bundles connected to the phones at my own pace in the comfort of my home.

 

I'll give it a go with pop up blockers disabled see if that helps

Hi @fadgadget

 

I am using Chrome, I have also tried on Edge and am able to browse all the pay monthly phones and tariffs without any issue.

 

I know you have tried on different browsers and still have the same issue but it might be worth having a good clear out of your cookees and cache and giving it another go.

 

Other than that, there is something else stopping you from browsing the range.  I don't suppose you using a works computer. Very often there is a firewall which will stop access to selected sites.

Not a works pc I am at home......

 

oh well all sorted now, I upgraded using chat

 

thanks for your help ill have to work out what the problem is maybe reinstall edge just a bit confused as it was the same using 3 browsers.
