I am appalled by the lack of service and help from Vodafone!!!!! The worst company I ever have to deal with, no one can help me, the website never works and no one knows anything there!!!!! ALL I WANT IS A PROOF OF PURCHASE SO I CAN MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM AS MY HANDSET IS BROKEN!!!!!!

Normally if you just leave it for a few minutes, one opens up
