Hi
am new to this..I hope someone can help. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and when i went to resync my contacts from the app just says check my time and date settings. How can i reload my contacts? It is Sunday after 4pm so going to a store isnt an option

Hi there

If you have your contacts synchronised with your Google account, they will appear on your Phone as soon as you sign into Google.

You might have to check with the Contacts App (settings) to make sure it is set to display contacts from Google?

They are only synced via the Vodafone Contacts app..unfortunately

Ok, thats a shame... It might be worth setting Google Sync up for the future?

Have you checked that the phone is displaying the correct time and date?

There is usually an option to use "Automatic" network provided time, but this does need the phone to have an active data connection, either mobile or wifi.

Yeah have done that... will go into the store tomorrow
