Vodafone Smart Ultra 6

Hi my Facebook app won't open on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 all I have is a blank white screen and after about 10 mins a report page box comes up, which I have filed a report on, I have last night uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still the same, anyone else come across this

Hi. There have been a few reports of this with that phone and app. It appears to be the app at fault, try emailing the app developer.

Hi, I've got the same problem, the other reply to your post has it right, it's the app. The only solution I've found that works for now is to uninstall the app, hopefully your phone will be fine until they develop a fix.

I also had the same happen to me now my whole system has crashed and I can't Evan get into my phone at all

I found that uninstalling Facebook altogether stopped that from happening. Re-boot your phone, go straight to Facebook, uninstall it and, fingers crossed, it should be OK.

Sorry, just hold the power button for about 30 seconds and it should come back on, then do the uninstall. That's the best advice I can give you I'm afraid......

Hey. Thank you. It took a fair few attempts as the volume and power button had completely froze too, Aswell as the screen. I have deleted the Facebook app. Looking online in general it appears multiple users of this phone all had the same issue today. Not fair really, but hopefully it sorts itself out.
