Vodafone Updates App

Can anyone tell me how to remove the Vodafone updates app please. I'm not on Vodafone anymore and my s4 is sim free but I can't delete or uninstall the app. I've managed to disable it but I'd the only way to do a factory restart?

Hi @mcmaddy 

There isn't anyother way to remove it I'm afraid.  Please make sure you've backed up everything before doing a factory reset.
