Vodafone sure signal and BT infinity

I am thinking of buying the vodafone sure signal package, but I am being put off by reading about some people having problems using this wuth BT Infinity broadband. Could anyone advise if they have used this successfully?

Very successful here, Don't listen to people who say that the SS is not compatible with Infinity as it is.

Some users have experienced issues which we are investigating although, other users such as jeffkinn haven't had any trouble. :smileywink:

You do have a 7 day returns period if for any reason you aren't happy with it.

i have discovered a relative who has a version 3 Sure Signal he is no longer using. Would I be able to use that to try it out or would there be problems with registering the product?

Hi pbevan,

There shouldn’t be an issue using the version 3 Sure Signal.

For the trial, all I’d suggest your relative does is change the registered postcode to your address.
