Voicemail isn't working

I recently ported from O2. Voicemail has never worked. 1211 1218 and 191 all cut off. I chatted live with your support team and they said they would sort this out in half an hour. that was a week ago and i've heard nothing since. I think i have a "partial port". What is next please?
