Hi, can you give an indication of what you want?

They do sales, upgrades, sim swaps, help, send off repairs, swap data to new phone from old.

I'm just wondering, If I get passed down a phone from a friend but I've got a Vodafone sim only deal. Could I go in store and get my stuff transferred over? I've done this in the past but it's when I've got phones from the store itself. Also I'm moving from android to iPhone, would someone help me install all the apps I want again. Just curious how it works, I don't want to go in store and be told they can't do it as I've not bought the phone off them. Thanks in advance
