Why have Vodafone cancelled my order without notifying me.

I applied online last Wednesday for a 24 month contract with Vodafone and the I phone 6s. I have havent heard anything from them in regards to my order so i used the track my order service and it says that my order has been cancelled and they have sent me an email which they haven't. I ring Vodafone today to find out whats going on and the lady on the phone informs me that they cannot find any details and she will ring me back in 10 minutes. I am still waiting for that call.......................

Is this the usual level of service provided by Vodafone

Hi @tie_cov86

This sounds very odd, I understand your frustration.

You should have been notified via email if your order didn't go through correctly or if there was a problem - please ensure you check your spam and junk folders for this email.

I'm afraid we cannot arrange direct callbacks through this forum, to discuss this further please recall our team on 191 or use our Live Chat

I ordered two sim cards for my son and wife on 25 October (20GB for £20). My orders have been canceled due to credit check and I haven't been informed of that ontil now 03 November when I called them. If I was informed on time I would take it on my name. Now the promotion is over (ends 31 October) and it now cost 22.20. So now 22.20 x 12 months= £266.4 before it was £20 * 12months = £240. Difference 26.40 x two cards = £52.80.

What I heard from vodafone team was sorry. This is not about sorry. This is about money. Their fault my pocket. This is unfair. If I was them I would tell my customer that it was my fault, give him refund and keep as a happy customer. What is that support team for? To tell my how to swich my phone on and off - useless.

I spent one hour and ten minutes on chat with them to hear that they are sorry and thay cannot do anything to help me.

Hi @diowil4

I'm sorry to hear about this experience with Vodafone.

I'm afraid as you have already spoken with our team regarding this problem we are unable to assist you further with this query.
