been using my sure signal with my phone for over a year, however when i add my partners phone (ending in 456) it fails to connect. i have tried using my sim in her phone and it connects, put her sim in my phone and it fails to connect to the Sure Signal. We have had the sim replaced but it still fails to connect to the SS.
Can you help?

Hi stanfordcg,
Can you confirm that the number ending 456 is showing as a user on your Sure Signal dashboard?
Also, when you added it, was a text received saying “You can now use xx’s Sure Signal at postcode AB1 2CD”?
If the number isn’t showing on your dashboard, you’d need to add it.

Yes the number is in my dashboard, and yes the phone did get a text message with the correct postcode.
